That said, I needed to judge for myself how sturdy and how effectively it functions so I ordered a sample. The ridges give it incredible strength. It will flex but the gutters will come off of the home prior to the screens sag more than a quarter of an inch. I was also concerned about the screens clogging. I scooped a bunch of the grit and slime out of 1 of my gutters and smeared it onto the test piece. I will post a critique again right after I get it installed. . From every little thing that I have examine, this is a good merchandise. Most of it washed away. One of my large worries was no matter whether it could deal with a snow load without having deflecting or at least significantly. Some stuff did sit at the bottom edge but I was impressed enough to order 300 feet to try it on the house
