One of the issues was that there was little thought about the floor until late in the project. This happens a lot. Flooring should be the first consideration in every project then design and build from there, not the other way around.

This product is a very lightweight gutter screen, made of aluminum, and designed to fit a 5″ gutter. It is pretty easy to work with, and went on without too much difficulty. It should be handled with gloves when having to cut for corners or shorten the screen. The box has printed templates with patterns for making cuts to fit inside corners and outside corners. There is a bag of #2 square drive screws included with each box. I found it easy to put up, easy to handle, and easy to cut. The one drawback is the price — each box of 5 pieces is priced at over $50 – making this product cost over $2.50 per running foot. That may be the going rate for a product like that, but it seemed a bit high to me. Means you can’t be wasting anything on your cuts or miss any measurements.
